On April 23, Naxos Records will release the Chamber Orchestra of New York’s album of Music Director and Composer Salvatore Di Vittorio’s recently premiered works including his Symphonies 3 “Temples of Sicily” and 4 “Metamorphoses”, as well as lyrical poems such as Ode Corelliana, Venus and Adonis, Sea Fanfare, and La Villa d’Este a Tivoli. Concertmaster Kelly Hall-Tompkins is featured as soloist in the first movement of Di Vittorio’s Fourth Symphony.
This follows after the release of orchestra’s latest Naxos Records album of Ottorino Respighi’s music including the master’s famous Ancient Airs and Dances Nos. 1-3 and our Maestro Salvatore Di Vittorio’s first printed edition of Respighi’s (second) Violin Concerto “all’Antica” featuring the violinist Davide Alogna.
Both albums are available for purchase on iTunes, Naxos Records, and the Chamber Orchestra of New York’s Discography page:
